Progressing from student to young professional to seasoned business performer, members of Delta Sigma Pi grow far beyond classroom theory through real-life managerial and leadership experience. Sharing each others' goals, reinforcing common values, and the pursuit of professional excellence as a team builds a bond of friendship and brotherhood for life.

Every year, wide-ranging activities involve members in project selection, strategic planning, budget development, promotion, and project implementation. Measurable results provide students with reality-based lessons and valuable business insights from which both student and community can benefit.

Social Activities

Delta Sigma Pi is a fraternity, not a club. Our Brotherhood is much more tightly-knit than the membership of any other student organization or fraternity and is one whose history dates back to our chapter's founding eighty two years ago. Those who have experienced membership in Delta Sigma Pi have unique relationships with its global and diversified brothers. Friends made in Delta Sigma Pi are friends for life.

Spending meaningful, thoughtful time together and caring deeply about one another develop unbreakable, lifelong bonds. While some social interaction occurs under formal circumstances, such as biannual, Center City semi-formals and banquets, the majority of the fraternity’s social gatherings take place in more informal settings. Every Friday Beta Nu holds a "Delta Sigma Fri" event which can range from parties at Brothers’ houses, to movie nights, downtown dinners, sleepovers, chapter retreats, alumni dinners in New York, and numerous weekend get togethers such as soccer games, cook outs, and picnics. Fraternity-wide conferences also provide for excellent bonding opportunities not only within our own chapter, but also amongst other Chapters from across the nation.

More often, however, Brothers take it upon themselves to spend time together without a pre-arranged, fraternity-organized event. On any given day you will find the Brothers of our chapter meeting for lunch or dinner, exercising together, making it a Blockbuster night, downing pints of Ben & Jerry's, heading to Center City for clubbing, going to museums, kicking back with a delicious Bubble Tea, studying for exams, and doing pretty much everything else imaginable. However our bonds are formed, the feeling of having a group of people that genuinely cares about you and on which you can rely 24/7 makes Penn feel like home, no matter from which corner of the globe you hail.

Community Service

Believing that business has both a unique opportunity and a compelling duty to contribute to the larger community, Delta Sigma Pi is dedicated to making a difference. Frequent community involvement instills deep feelings of brotherhood while developing business skills.
